McVeigh, Eichmann &
Arafat: Three Mass Murderers, One Motive
When Timothy McVeigh bombed the federal office building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, Americans finally learned what the meaning of the word “Nazi” really is. Heretofore that four letter word referred only to a vague memory concerning the German political party which came to power in that country on January 30, 1933. The name of that party was “Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei”, or National Socialist German Workers Party. The first four letters of the German word National give us the abbreviation which terrified the world for twelve years. In German the pronunciation of “national” is “nazi-onaal”.
A “Nazi” is someone whose
ideology is limited to the murder of whole categories of people. It was the sole
purpose of the German Nazi party to murder Jews. No other consideration was
permitted to stand in the way of that goal as best illustrated by the events of
1943.
On January 31 of that year, the
German army at Stalingrad surrendered to the Russians after a horrendous
slaughter that cost the Germans almost all of the 330,000 men who had invaded
that city. One of the main reasons for the German defeat was their lack of
winter clothes. The German high command had estimated that they could take
Russia that summer and therefore failed to send winter gear to the front. Large
stocks of winter coats and boots had accumulated at German rail depots but were
not sent. The reason was that the trains needed to ship the clothes to the front
were being used to send Jews to the gas ovens in the murder camps to the east.
Faced with a choice to send winter clothes to their soldiers or stop the killing
of Jews, the Nazis decided that slaughtering Jews was more important than the
survival of their own men in the Russian winter.
In the words of Adolf Eichmann,
chief architect of the Holocuast, “I gladly jump into my grave knowing I have
killed millions of Jews.”
Among the Nazi killers in Berlin
was Haj Muhammed Amin al-Husseini, the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem. That Arab Nazi
organized the killing of Jews in the Balkans and in Greece at the behest of
Hitler in that he instigated the Muslims of Albania to form a Nazi brigade to
commit these murders. The name of the present terrorist tyrant of the so-called
Palestinians is also Husseini. Here is his full name: Mohammed Abder Rauf Arafat
al-Kudwa al-Husseini, also known as “Yassir” Arafat. Arafat was born
in Egypt and not in Jerusalem as he pretends. Like his Nazi uncle, he too is
responsible for the indiscriminate murder of Jews. The prime minister of Israel,
Ariel Sharon, said recently that Arafat and his Nazis have killed more Jews than
anyone since the second world war. The Arafat Nazis have thrown hand grenades
into a Jewish old age home in Frankfurt, Germany. They machine gunned a Jewish
congregation at prayer inside a synagogue in Turkey. They murdered an American
Jewish tourist who was sitting in a wheelchair on an Italian ship in the
Mediterranean, they bombed the World Trade Center in New York and murdered the
American ambassador to the Sudan. They hijacked innumerable air planes and
slaughtered thousands in their crazed hatred of Sudanese Christians, whom they
sell into slavery in Arabia.
Currently these haters are once
more engaged in a terrorist campaign in Israel, seeking to frighten the Jews
into abandoning their land to the mass murderers. Despite the help of the news
organizations, the United Nations and the European Union, this campaign of
terror will not succeed. Israel is not the Polish ghetto. This time the Jews are
able to defend themselves against the haters whose sole purpose is the killing
of Jews for the sake of killing.
That motive was also the cause
which drove McVeigh to his murderous conduct. McVeigh hates the United
States government. Therefore he indiscriminately killed 168 people, including
nineteen children, whom he did not know any more than Arafat and his terrorists
knew the Jews they have killed. To the Nazi mind it suffices for someone to be a
member of a group which they despise for whatever reasons. The German and Arab
Nazis want to kill all Jews. They believe that no Jew, no child of a Jewish
mother, has a right to be in this world. They have therefore appointed
themselves to kill anyone who is Jewish, whether living in Israel or in Alaska,
in New York or in Azerbaijan.
Likewise, McVeigh believed, and
possibly still does, that all government employees ought to be killed, including
children, whom he called “collateral damage.”
For endless years we have asked
where so much hate originates. Innumerable theories have been developed to
answer that question. Recently, Lou Michel and Dan Herbeck of the Buffalo News
published a book called American Terrorist which describes their interviews with McVeigh.
Like so many other books derived from interviewing these enemies of mankind,
this book does not really explain all that hate and all that bloodshed. It
reminds us however, that the hate mongers and killers are unrelenting and that
in every generation we must remember Amalek, as the Torah teaches us (Shemoth,
Beshalach, or Exodus, XVII :14). “And the Lord said unto Moses-“write this
for a memorial in the book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshuah: for I will
utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.” Now look
at verse 16 and there you can see the outcome of the war the current Arab Nazis
are launching against us: "…..the Lord will have war with Amalek from
generation to generation."
Yet, we will survive and Israel
will live. Now and in all the time to come, Bimheyro v’yomeynoo. Shalom u’vracha. |
