The above building on Glenwood Avenue near the Kensington Expressway was the Humboldt Orthodox Center from the mid - 1930's to the mid - 1950's.  It was founded and run through most of its history by Rabbi Gedaliah Kaprow.  The shul declined rapidly following Rabbi Kaprow's death in 1951.
